According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-December 2024, the GDP of Belarus amounted to BYN 246.6 billion, or in comparable prices 104.0% of the level of January-December 2023. The GDP deflator index in January-December 2024 against the same period of 2023 amounted to 108.8%.
In December 2024, the growth rate of the GDP index accelerated against the background of an increase in the 2023 base. The reason was the growth of GVA indices in construction and trade.
